Choco-guaca with cinnamon chips (chocolate guacamole)
This chocolate guacamole was a big hit at the "junk food" game-watching party. I changed the recipe a bit from my other chocolate guacamole post. I think this one turned out better.

Choco-guaca with cinnamon chips -- prep time: 30 min (chips could be done a day early); serves a bunch!
Ingredients
5-6 ounces bittersweet chocolate
2 tablespoons cashew cream
3 large avocados
2 squirts agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/3 cup water, more if needed
8 tortillas
Earth Balance spread
1 tablespoon sugar (Demerara or granulated)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Melt chocolate over low heat, then stir in cashew cream. Let mixture cool a bit.
In Vita-Mix, place avocados, water, spices, agave syrup and chocolate mixture. Start on low, increase speed to 10, then blend on high. Add a bit more water, if needed to soften.
Blend well. May be chilled or served immediately. If serving later, stir well or reblend to soften before serving.
For cinnamon chips, butter a flour tortilla with Earth Balance spread. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Lightly cover buttered tortilla with cinnamon-sugar. Do this for 8 tortillas. Slice tortillas into 8 slices then in half. Bake at 350 until crisp but not too brown.
